Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Certain items, like custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged or if you receive a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that if your return is not due to a defective/wrong item, a 10% (minimum $20) restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover our costs associated with processing the return. In these cases, shipping fees won't be refunded.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label if you are in the US. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility for international customers. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If you would like to cancel an order we haven't shipped yet, please let us know as soon as you can. If your order is not packaged yet, we may be able to cancel your order. Please note that a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover our costs, like payment processing fee we were charged for your order. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
