Shipping policy

We aim to fulfill all orders in 1-2 business days. Some orders may have longer processing times if they contain made to order or pre-ordered items.

United States:

With some exceptions (shown at checkout), free standard shipping to continental US on orders over $100. We typically ship with UPS.

We may, at our discretion, upgrade slower shipping free of charge.

International:

We offer free or flat rate 2-5 business day shipping for most international orders. We ship most international orders with UPS Expedited.

Please go to the checkout page to see a list of countries we ship to. If the flat rate to your country is $29.99, free shipping over $300; if the flat rate to your country is $49.99, free shipping over $500.

We ship to the UK for $29.99 or free over $300, but unfortunately due to UK VAT rules we are only able to offer shipping for orders over $200 to the UK.

If we don't currently offer shipping to your country, feel free to contact us. We will check and enable shipping to your country if possible.

Your order may be subject to import related fees, duties and taxes, these are your responsibility.

Addresses in remote areas (as determined by UPS) may be subject to remote area surcharges. Unfortunately our website isn't able to calculate these at checkout. If your address is in an remote surcharge area, we may reach out asking about how you'd like to proceed; ship to different address, pay the surcharge, or a full refund. Vast majority of international orders we get aren't subject to this surcharge. You can check the list of postal codes subject to this surcharge on UPS's website.
