Arrived Broken

The USB cable I received arrived with the USB-A end completely bent up to the point of being unusable. Pretty frustrating. Hopefully the KUSBA survived.

The items were shipped in a thinly bubble wrapped envelope, with no protective padding/paper/bubble wrap on the inside, so I'm not terribly surprised.

USB cables tend to be pretty strong. My supplier ships them to me in a (not padded) bag and they all arrive fine. I ship most of my orders in padded bags and never had a complaint about USB cables getting damaged in transit until now. I will look into it, and do what I can to make sure they get to their destination without damage.
